I don't fully understand why you wouldn't want customers using Sezzle Anywhere in any situation except for a bad debt.
- merchants pay fees 4-6% of UMS
- customers pay fees of they are late with payment
- Sezzle pays customers 1% of UMS if they pay upfront

It's a win-win for customers who get a 1% discount, merchants who get a sale they wouldn't have got, and banks get interest if the customer doesn't want a 1% discount. Sezzle should win in all scenarios except for a bad debt.
