"ASX TRADING SUSPENSION
On 16 August 2021, AXP requested a voluntary suspension of the Company’s listed shares
pending the release of an announcement of a material Heads of Agreement (HOA). The
Company is continuing to consult with ASX regarding the application of the Listing Rules to the
HOA and will update shareholders when it satisfies ASX’s queries.
In the interim, AXP will keep shareholders updated on operational progress and all other
statutory reporting obligations. The Board thanks shareholders for their support."
