Until they outline how and who will be executing on this great new contract then the SP will not go up to high.
An example:
We have announced John Smith as our new COO and they have the experience and contacts etc.
We will be using this air freight group and this sea freight group.
$100M of sales a year is a HUGE volume of actual freight from Australia to China. To execute this you are disrupting the current logistics network massively.
You also have to look at would happen the Australian market for the products being sold. If Australian Mum's cannot get their formula what then? China consumers do not decide the next Australian PM.
On paper its a great deal, but there is no way with current management, market and supply chain they can deliver! IMHO DYOR!
