I think the key with akn is there are so many things taking place. I still believe there will be a cr before they let it truly run. In that I mean set the 15 day vwap at around these levels then move this up as funding will be required at the end if this campaign. With the newsflow imminent, sophisticated investors will look to get in around this levels as it is extremely difficult to buy massive parcels in this stock due to illiquidity unless u want to move the sp significantly.
