Frank Terranova was director of BOK, which also failed months into mining.
IIRC he was involved with BOK’s finance. BOK had a deal to repay its loan in gold, but the profit from the mine could not repay the loan, and company swiftly died.
It was just a bad model to finance a mine with IMO.
