    Looking at the above September 2020 audit report its noted on paragraph statement this Company is a concern regarding being (lucrative),able to keep going.

    Im concerned as a shareholder of WRM.
    IMO:
    Too much liability, still not enough information base for my discernment to really know what there up to.
    Im guessing,although nervous about the aquisition. Sorry Im not more optomistic.
