I think they could have chosen from many honey manufacturers. They went with the one that has the greatest differentiation. Its all marketing. "Anti oxygenates" mean little to me, but this honey has proven anti oxygenates, then that's the honey I would buy.

I reckon whilst the sp is low, a number of other acquisitions may be made. Reasoning being if you are going to be paid in shares, at least make sure they are cheap shares with plenty of growth.

Final 50% sale price may have been pre-determined. That's what they did with the Ugg Boot acquisition.

PS I dont think I would like eating Chinese honey - full of potential manufacturing pollutants. Alternative honey source is probably Thailand etc
