Buying with “cheap” shares only good for the seller - current shareholders only get diluted.
I’ve never seen a business like this being sold on a valuation based on turnover highly unusual to say the least. As for the honey itself I think honey in general has known medicinal benefits - Manuka honey is well known not sure I’d accept this honey is anything extraordinary.
