Raising before drill results is a bit of a red flag, unless they're that good and it's to bring in an institution at a cheaper price.
On the plus side, we now have access to that juicy flow through. Could raise those shares at a 50%+ premium easily. The hard part is choosing the right funds that won't dump the shares in the open market as soon as the hold period is over.
