Normally these things go for a 15% discount to VWAP.
As we have the Canadian flow through tax incentive scheme, I'd guess we land somewhere between 5-10% discount to VWAP.

$31.570m capitalisation currently and raising $10m means this dilutes us by ~31%.
ill bet we're looking at something like 180m new shares @ $0.055 being for $10m.


so, going forward we'll have ~700m SOI with an all time historical high market cap of about $110m.
That's almost $0.16 per share now days.
Three years ago that was $0.565 per share.

So, in the youtube interviews recently released we were going to smash Malachite next year.
Now we're apparently going to smash Bunker hill.
What about Hermitage?
What about Central Zone?

I have no idea what the tactics are.
