There's zero ideas/direction at head office.
They have no idea what they are doing.
That's why in 3 years they've churned through Warren, Crispen, the external industry professional guy, Mike Skead, and now this bloke.

It's like you send your son down to the shop to pick up your weekly lottery ticket, then after 3 years of failure you send your daughter as if it would make a difference.
Maybe the strategy of playing lotto is the failure and what's in need of change.
the tactics of which child you send are irrelevant.
But hey, when you don't have yo pay for the tickets then who cares.

Other than waiting for these results which should be imminent, what value adding work is there on the horizon?
I see nothing until Dec when they do winter auger drilling (maybe).
5 months of management hibernation.
