This is a report that was compiled by AUR on information provided by SFR as required by its JV agreement with AUR. It has happened every 3 months during the month following the end of the quarter in question for the duration of the JV, which has now ended, at the behest of SFR too.
SFR really had no choice but to give up its only JV tenements in the Bryah, the only one remaining that is. There was no point in exploring just one area, now an isolated one after the closure of DeGrussa.
AUR will now explore these areas itself.
The association between the 2 companies is now over.
Everyone can now forget about it so as as SFR is concerned.
