Please forgive my naivety, but how is AEE going to raise $20m for (say) 30% of Haggan when AEE's market cap today - which includes Haggan and much more - is only a tad over $18m. The maths aint working for me and I'd like to know. Value doesn't magically appear. I'd suggest they might only get @ $3m. Can someone please explain.
