Sorry to disappoint but no - I'm not lining up for reentry.
I'll certainly reconsider jumping in again when there's tangible progress on Tiris (I haven't decided exactly what that looks like yet) so I may miss a few pips but the SP is still considerably under my previous exit price so I'm safe.
My view is that Haggan has failed to get traction with UK and Euro investors, hence the delays. If there was demand for the offering, it would be now when V2O5 is soaring. And I think that's why the large holders exited.
