The FEED and FID were to be this quarter, but latest communication has dropped the FID and kept the FEED (for now). IMO issues around funding would be the main culprit. You aren't going to go down the path of looking to start construction if you ain't/can't got/get the money The latest around the FEED is interesting though as I was under the impressions the FEED was detailed engineering and the costs that come with it in order to move forward accordingly Though majority of U companies have disclosed $65lb as the incentive price, there have been many going through the steps of restarting stalled operations and the like to get one step ahead as there are plenty of signs around spot/contract prices, supply/demand, and contracting
