Might be they included everything as adding up the below gives you ~707m shares which is close to the $219m MC / $0.31 is ~706m shares
If including the 42m shares they are shares to directors and vest when the daily VWAP of the Group’s shares meets the share price performance hurdle of $0.50, $0.75 and $1 on 10 days on any 20sequential trading days. Great price hurdles with shares expiring during December 2026 and December 2027. At least they have to work for them
