and yup 3-4 years is short term for large capital projects and for market changes to come about in most instances ... like I said .. I am happy to wait and see what happens .. if you cannot take the risk then don't invest I guess ! Either that or go and chase your dreams elsewhere and just stop being a depressive negative influence in the room .. you probably think you are being a realist and are just sharing your infinite wisdom ... bugger off is all I can suggest
