Looks like they picked up the Haggan asset new with a licence from the Swedish mining authority in June 2007.
So, 11 years of doing all that work, 30 mill in developing it while at the same time enduring low uranium prices and you're simply told "too bad we've changed our minds" at the start of potential U bull run.
All in a country which was promoted as being the least risky mining country in the world.
In my view I'd say there is very strong case here for damages.
