It was more than USD$80 million plus interest compounded annually and costs.
The case was decided within 3 1/2 years.
It seems like a long time but it could well give shareholders meaningful returns from these low prices, depending on the outcome of course.
Personally, I think you are being too light with 15 million, as it would not cover the outlays (& 11 years) without even touching on the valuation of the project.
Minimum of USD$20-25 million for an amicable settlement in my view.
