How this plays out we'll have to wait and see but suspect that it won't be as straight forward as is hoped, after all nothing is ever straight forward and timely with Aura.
Why has it taken so long to pursue such a claim? If the change to V was going to be successful would a claim have been made? The failure to deliver the Scope may suggests issues to do with the évaluation. The V price has continued to fall, now at a 2 year low, which makes questions about the viability of such a project and whether this has been the catalyseur for now the U claim.
Still they have on the surface what appears to be a legit claim. Time will always reveal.
Time is not a luxury for Aura. There are just so many ifs.
