Govt policies/laws change all the time. A good example is the WA labor govt coming in and basically making all uranium companies in the state worthless bar a lucky few that were advanced enough to get permits.
Im not familiar with other companies associated with uranium in Sweden but if Sweden does compensate Aura, then the precedent will be set and it will open the govt up for further claims.
Opportunistic, and given the cash situation its worth a throw at the stumps but Haggan isn't solely built on uranium and in fact became marketed as a battery metals project overnight.
If Sweden gave Aura back their uranium rights, would it even make the project feasible? I doubt that a lot.
