Don't think anyone is saying it's a given; it does however add another dynamic in the mix with enormous potential upside.
The company had relied upon the Swedish government's laws and plowed money into Haagan based on those laws.
Clearly the company has suffered a substantial amount of loss from the unexpected change in said laws and seeking compensation is its right under the agreement.
Whether Sweden abide by the agreement is their choice, but ultimately AEE have a clear legal case that is worth pursuing.
If it doesn't work out little harm done, and on the other hand, it's game on here if it does.
Getting Lind off the register is paramount now and if a like minded with Asean cornerstone investor comes on board the register will look a lot better than some of the doomsayers realise.
Of course it all hinges on when/if the U bull run starts.
