Not sure why you guys are worried about cashflow, the announcement clearly states that they need to complete an initial cooperative period of four months - essentially this looks like a due diligence by Areva.
Following the four month period Areva will look to take a stake in the project - i.e. they are going to buy in. The two questions now are:
1) Will Areva be happy enough after four months to buy in?
2) If so, what are they prepared to pay for (say) a 40%-60% stake in the project?
Worth a punt I reckon.
