I've been holding since the 2s and when it dropped sub 2s. Of course the deal now would help me realise double of my initial investment. However, still a debate on what to do. Even if I accept, without 90% acceptance the deal would still fall through. Let's say that the deal does in fact fall through, with Aurenne backing the project with the cashflow they have, where will we see our SP? I'd assume they're still swallowing up all shared sub 5c so then I can't see the share price falling below the current level. Just something to debate upon.
