I was just doing some sums this morning.


Now we have total cash at $4.77m with some costs to come out for the last stage of Jeffreys.
Add to that what the exercise of the oppies brings in of $2.624m.
Not bad at over $7 nice hey?
Oh and what about the $coming in for Jeffreys that is already well under way?
I am estimating $12m with the run away gold price.
Well that is now closer to $19m.
That could buy a lot of investment in the space.
If we consider that we start Munda in a few months and we look at the current margins that are still improving,
we now know that 60m in the first year, (or rather $60m per year for 3 years), and that now looks very real to be more like $80m per year-
In 1 year we could be sitting on $100m?

What if the gold price were to keep going to $3,000/oz US?
That is $4,600 AUD and a margin of $2600/oz and suggests a little over $360m for Munda.
THAT EQUATES TO $120M PER YEAR FOR 3 YEARS AND COULD BE $140M IN THE BANK NEXT YEAR.
In the absence of a decent size acquisition of course.
Special dividend maybe? Well that could pay the original cost of my investment here.
With all the land we have acquired, the hunt for 1m oz deposit looks a very real possibility too.
