Where are the new shares = $1.25m x 100/8 = 15.625m in number?
Once issued, will there be a Notice of Change in Substantial holding? 1? 2?
No such Notice issued after the close of AUROA 5 weeks ago, so if Micheal Fotios (a Sub holder at 7.22% as at 4/9 as per https://www.aurisminerals.com.au/wp-content/uploads/Substanial-Shareholder-Notice.pdf) was a holder of AUROA, then he probably did not convert them in to shares. If he did hold AUROA and did not convert, then it would surprise to see him get any of these new shares.
