Reading further on - page 25 - it states that the shares issued last Friday, the 2oth, and also that an App 3B issued on Friday as well but where is it??

So that's out of the way apart from the App!!!

I'll post on the other thread re the Perf Rights as soon as I have fully collected my thoughts, but in the meantime Sched 2 of the AGM Notice - pages 19-25 - has full details of all equity securities issued since 27 Nov last year. Amongst other things, this info rams home the point that provided the SP does not fall, the increase in the number of shares increases the market capitalisation. Just keep issuing more shares and if the SP is at a least sustained then the MC will increase. That sort of thing still counts though for assessing the 'milestones' to be reached. That is 1 reason, just 1 though, for my distaste for this scheme. It's based on the MC, not the SP.
