    almost $5mln charge for a contract they signed one year ago

    Potential charge not disclosed by the company in the past 12 months despite them knowing they would not meet minimum targets.

    Also not disclosed in the accounts released in March (as provision).

    And not disclosed during capital rasing.

    FFS it is 10% the market cap and 25% of net assets

    Fraud by the company and gross negligence or complicity by the auditors who surely reviewed Aurizon contract.
