The video is the weekly AZJ intermodal from Victoria Dock (Melbourne, Victoria) that en route drops off and picks up any loading offering at Glenlee in southwest Sydney, NSW (south of Campbelltown) prior to (as below) travelling to Fisherman Island at the Port of Brisbane, Queensland.
It departed Melbourne only two days after Easter public holidays when industry and commerce would where feasible have shut down. It may have had a few more containers en route initially to Sydney, but there's many empty 'slots' (i.e. wagons devoid of containers) on the second leg to Brisbane.
There are 59 TEUs ('20 foot equivalent units', standard measurement for smaller containers even though most are at least 12.2 metres, not 6.1 metres long).
Like road hauliers minimising empty kilometres, AZJ doesn't haul empty rail wagons for amusement so there may have been more southbound from Brisbane. Hope so, as the northbound train would be a lossmaker given AZJ (unlike competing road transport on highways) pays significant track access fees to Federal government-owned Australian Rail Track Corporation plus driver, wagon, locomotive fuel and maintenance and many other costs.
There doesn't seem to be much Team Global Express loading (typically in turquoise livery).. Perhaps also related to Easter hols.
