These videographers (below) don't give a date when this was captured, but my guess is March or early April 2024.
You only need to watch from 1:15 for about 90 seconds.
In a previous post, I'd shown an empty AZJ Melbourne to Brisbane intermodal that was north of Sydney, but this one from Melbourne to Brisbane is more impressive, with the equivalent of 151 TUEs (i.e. 6.1 metre smaller containers) on board, so good to see that some trains north-south are better loaded:
