    BOOM...that aligns with my thinking...."each option will have an exercise price that is 200% above the closing price of the Company’s shares immediately prior to grant, and will have a term of 2 years. Further, 250,000 (of the total 500,000) of the options will be subject to a vesting condition whereby they will not vest and be exercisable until Mr Stinson has held his position for 12 months."
