Wrong on both counts Chippy.
The 1000 kgs a day printer is designed to print 1000 x 1kgs objects or 2X 500 kgs objects or whatever combination of 1000 kgs you want. Extremely flexible. Why don't you ask David Budge to allow you a visit to the factory? Then you can start talking facts not fiction.
The scalability is not an issue.
