Vast only have their 1.1MW pilot CSP plant.
They sold the 50MW PV component (before it was actually built) to Genex.
ie the project application, planning approvals etc
AFAIK they never built the proposed 30MW CSP project which was originally planned for the same site at Jemalong NSW
As for approvals for CSP at the SA site well 14D already have that.
It would make more sense to license the Vast CSP design but I suspect the thermal receiver temperature isnt high enough for TESS's 1414 degree melting point.
