It's good to understand the type of financing being assessed, i.e, Vendor finance, Contingent Federal Government finance and Project financiers.
The $199m Capex is under review and likely to be reduced. Once this is costed and finance sorted hopefully you're right that the Co. will fly. It's been a long sometimes inpatient wait to date.
