These guys are cherry picking the data to make it look better than it is. The section below is hardly open downdip because there is barren drillholes close by in the downdip position along stike that I've marked with red Xs on the drill plan.
Furthermore, Apollo have already drilled this but MEU have left the drill collars off of the drill plan.
When they start omitting important data from the drilling plans that's a big red flag for me. DYOR people!
