exactly, with their track record we can’t expect anything to go to plan above our own expectations. The last couple of years were horrific but in recent months they look to be capitalising on our assets finally. Now I would love a good surprise in the weeks ahead. Happy to wait until July when tax sell season ends and these crazy world wide market sell offs have calmed a bit.
