Well at least GRM has a resource, albeit inferred, and tiny. And of course GRM was clean out of cash before the deal. Their shareholders seem to be reacting positively.
For ARM the conversion price is right where GMR was last week and a little below their latest trade, which seems OK to me.
I haven't followed ARM long enough to say this is the first sensible thing they have ever done, but it does seem to be quite a good move (on the basis of my 10 minutes research!).
