re: Ann: Aurora to raise $70million from plac... Mir's post in the other thread on the money - $70 million to be raised in two tranches. The first tranche was 40 million shares at $1.25. The second tranche is subject to shareholder approval at the AGM due to the fact the placement would exceed the 15% threshold set by the ASX Listing Rules.
Funds raised to be used for accelerated drilling costs, to fund potential further acreage acquisition in Eagle Ford and for general capital purposes.
Capital only raised with sophisticated and insto investors. Retail investors miss out.
