Is plainly obvious from the way Atlas' shares keep climbing (and dragging AXO up with it) - that the market is placing a much higher value on AXO than the deal struck between Charles and David. If Twiggy or the Chinese are ready to step in the scrip deal may end up becoming a 2 for 1 offer................
