    Maybe I am wrong, but seriously, I cant tell from the announcement the what and why they started talking up the FeV.
    Is it old news recycled, along the lines of they said it a few years ago and it was part of the old plan, or is it a new plan that looks like an old plan?
    Frankly I cant tell from that announcement.
