re: Ann: Aurox Secures $10m Equity Placement ... I think this is a good thing for Aurox and it's share holders. It sends a clear message to the Chinese that they're not the only ones that can give them finance and that Aurox isn't going to run out of money any time soon.
It's better than a rights issue. Also Aurox may not have to use the facilty because it puts the pressure back on China to do the deal now once the new Capex figures are out so they don't dilute the shares any further.

Check out the two interviews with Bloomberg then go to About Us and have a look at their investment process.I don't think these guys would give their money to Aurox unless they were certain they would get a good return.

That's just my opinion.
