Ann: Aurox signs Agreement with Chinas MCC , page-14

In regards to the port payment it look like they don't have to pay anything until just before their first shipment.The way it's worded the PHPA will carry the costs until that point if they can get project funding before 31/3/2010.
One would imagine that if they don't have the funding by March they will have to pay some sort of monthly fee to hold their position at the port.
Because Aurox have made no mention of the payments they must be a small monthly fee or they are very confident of finance.
Either way I don't feel this will be a big issue for Aurox.
