    I think it's a good thing. China wants the business, we need access to Chinese savings for finance. (Hell, nobody else has any savings!)

    Similar to a deal TGS did - contracted ZA consultants for the Kipoi construction to get potential access to a ZA loan from Nedbank. But this on a much larger scale.
