re: Ann: Aurox to amend terms of note to perm... Interesting offer. I am an AXOG holder, and can't see the point in converting. If there are only 30% of the notes left after this, the chances of getting 95c in 15 months are much higher?
They obviously couldn't convince the last large holder to convert, and get them over 75% acceptance - still the vote should go through without any issues.
