Mako were talking about the project being 2, 3 - 4 million oz, they had only just started drilling the strike and had a large license area.
Not many here may remember or know, but there was a deal on the table about two years ago. Mako were going to acquire Goldridge Resources (Caighan was a major holder). They had some licenses that had been drilled very close to Naipe. From the announcement at the time (Nov 23): 'The combined Napié and Konan projects cover 374km2 of highly prospective tenure with proven gold mineralisation and form a strategic consolidation of the greenstone gold belt. Only ~5km of the combined +50km of prospective strike length has been tested to date with 868koz gold defined over two prospectson the Napié Project'.
The acquisition sort of faded and then AUE came in a took over MKG.
Basically Caigan is all over the area and will has long term plans here for a new district.
