PAR didn’t rally on this news yday. It rallied on the fact the FDA response is imminent. It did exactly the same thing last time. Risk/reward favours the buy regardless of outcome, but even more when you probability weight the outcome, so logic is to buy before response received.
This news is pleasant but no reason for a stock to be +14% in 2 days.
