the SP will drop back to the issue price regardless, the question is if it will go beyond, placed a buy order for $1.06 and hope it will test the low before pull back. the CR has increased the total shares outstanding to reach 315 million shares, so don't expect the sp to raise to $1.7 again anytime soon.
