There is no need for SPP now. Just buy from the market and forget about the paper work. BY the time teh SPP paper work is out the share price is likely only a 1-4 cents away from the 1.10 offer price. I am comfortable with this stock as the price would fluctuate near 1.10 for a while. Once they start to get some progress on the new injection of fund, the news will lift the share price. It will be slow though. They must start with construction of labs, growing green house, installation of machinery and start getting things going. Hopelly they will get some progress on manufacturing of products from imported materials and start clininal trials ASAP ... This should not take too long.
I will just ignore this stock for a while as had the average share price around $1.22. It should be above 1.22 over the next few months.
