Here's a couple of comments I found on the yahoo finance forum, by Ido.

"Mal thinks it’s just all going to be fine one day! He is a major procrastinator. He hardly ever comes to the office , he is too busy on his avacado farm. I’ve only met him 3 times since starting at the company.
It was so quite in the office this week as l was the only one here everyone else were on holidays.
Hopefully things will be different tomorrow and Mal will be in the office!"

and then this little beauty in response to a female(?) investor:

"I’m just as confused as everyone, love only met Mal about 5 times so far. He is always on his avocado farm. He is an x politician so he procrastinates a lot. He has never run a business before. I just think he likes the idea of it but doesn’t realize action and definite planning is vital to be successful!"
