None. Neither of them have the intellectual property as neither have the technology. I think they may own some sort of trademark. Hard cap has been around for donkey years! What converts the oil into a "solid" state is in question here. That's is the gut of the technology they "promise". And it's a far fetch thing to think that an Australian company of miniscule size to own some sort of technology of space age developed in zero gravity condition. If they have it they would have spill the details to convince the market. They would have just licensed this technology to other companies to make a ton of money as it is applicable to a lot of products. There would be no need to even develop cannabis products.
See how a little announcement just caused a little pop again? Doing more of these without any new news will eventually cause the share price to collapse. Expect real news soon or the share price will suffer.
